Camp To Belong - Georgia is a nonprofit week-long overnight camp that reunites brothers and sisters separated by foster, adoptive or kinship care. It is held at Camp Twin Lakes in Warm Springs, Georgia, where roughly 80 campers are grouped by sibling family so they share activities, meals and (for same-sex siblings) rooms; recreation includes a giant swing, challenge course, basketball, soccer, bocce, nature hikes, canoeing, fishing, arts and crafts and dance, alongside Life Skills seminars, sibling birthday parties and evening campfires. The camp runs a 2:1 camper-to-counselor ratio with a staff of over 50 plus volunteer nurses and therapists, and buses campers from two designated drop-off points. Camp costs about $800 per camper but families pay nothing; donors and sponsors cover the fee.

My son is 5 and has LOVED going to summer camp and is so excited to be able to continue with the after school program! During the summer they have gone an so many wonderful field trips. Swimming at the aquatic center and horse back riding were his favorites. We will be going here summer after summer for sure!
