★★★★★Apologia Church Utah

Our church has been coming to this camp for 3 years in a row and it is always fantastic! This past weekend was our best time there yet and the new caretakers are excellent. Beautiful grounds, amenities, kitchen, pavilion, pool, the river, and so much more.

This place was horrible! I wouldn't go back if you payed me to. I went there once with a bunch of other people for a church retreat, but on the second night things went south. On the second night something with the septic tank or some part broke and now the toilets were out of order for a while so we had a hike up to the gross outhouse that was shared between 50 or more people. Oh but that's not all because apparently there were live bats in people's cabins and some of them had to be killed?! Another note, the owner weren't very friendly and they were kinda stubborn. This a while ago, but just know if you go there, go at your own risk.

It is a beautiful campground with good bathrooms and gathering buildings. The cabins have electricity and bunk beds. You can hear the river in the background and it is very shaded.

Get a no trespassing sign and close the gate if you don't want people that are lost to not come onto the property. Just trying to find river access and we're instead greeted by very angry people who couldn't understand we were lost. Here's your sign

The caretakers do an outstanding job of keeping the campground. They make improvements regularly, and they are good to work with. Our church has used this campground for our Youth Camp for nearly 30 years. We couldn't be happier with a campground.
