Powered by GoogleI'm a volunteer for Camp Nazareth. I've witnessed the animation and interaction between staff and campers as well as campers among each other, and it can be humbling. Kids animated without being glued to their phones!
pretty fun, workers were very mean i have some ptsd. it’s good to be outside but the bathrooms were bad. the workers would yell at us every night for no reason at all, we were just kids trying to have fun during summer, that’s what summer camp is all about.

Was there for a wedding. Haven't been there since 1990 as a camper and a counselor. Brought back a lot of memories and we had a great time. One problem though.....the kitchen was filthy....spent/lost almost our whole first day there just cleaning it out. It would make me second guess sending my kids there if the kitchen is normally that nasty. But the swimming, boating, other activities that were available to us along with the good times, made it worth it.
I am not one of those with fond memories of my youth here. However, along with a number of other people, my family has been able to rent the property for a weekend for the last few years. The setting is gorgeous. It's exactly what you expect a kid's summer camp to be, and we love recreating that experience for our families. A lot of the property is dearly in need of maintenance and upgrades, but happily the owners have started investing in the property again. It's better every year, and we look forward to seeing it grow and develop for years to come.
