Adirondack Woodcraft Camp was an incredible venue for our early October wedding weekend. Surrounded by peak fall colors, it felt like a true Adirondack retreat - complete with campfires, sing-alongs in the Long House, camp games, canoe races, and a stunning natural backdrop for both the ceremony and reception. On the morning of our wedding, my husband and I started the day with a hike up Bald Mountain. The trailhead is right at the end of Rondaxe Rd and it’s a 30–40 minute hike with spectacular views which gave us a beautiful start to the day. We had around 120 guests, 90 of which stayed at the camp throughout the weekend. The cabin accommodations were perfect for our group, ranging from lean-to style cabins to newly renovated ones, so there was truly something for both our most and least rugged guests. Our dog also had the time of his life. Each day, we provided a group-style dinner (chili one night, BBQ the next) and gave our guests a guide to local restaurants if they wanted to venture into Old Forge or Inlet for breakfast and lunch. Guests also had the option to cook their own food in the commercial kitchen. Huge thanks to Christina and Doug, who were kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire year leading up to the weekend. They were available as needed while also allowing us to feel like it was our camp for the weekend. If you’re looking for a unique, immersive wedding venue that offers more than just a single day, Adirondack Woodcraft Camp is an amazing choice.

My sister and I hosted a joint wedding celebration at Adirondack Woodcraft Camp this summer! We had an awesome weekend with 150 of our friends and family. We had a total of 100 people stay on camp which was amazing! We were so impressed by Doug and Christina's organization and willingness to help. People loved the ropes course, the archery, and the water trampoline. The location was stunning and we couldn't have been more grateful to be able to celebrate in such an awesome/historic place. We would recommend a camp wedding at Woodcraft to anyone. Our guests keep asking if we can host a 5 year anniversary party!

We spent 3 days celebrating our wedding at Woodcraft, everything about it was perfect. There was plenty of space for our family and friends. Christina and Doug took SUCH great care of us for our entire stay. They went out of their way making sure our friends who needed to check in on little ones at home had a reliable emergency number, checking that everyone’s cabin was comfortable and outfitted, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. They answered all of our questions even as we planned from across the country and jumped into help when something didn’t go exactly to plan. The camp itself is amazing. We were able to house all guests that wanted to stay on site. We utilized their trails, boats, kickball field, and ropes course. All of our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the camp was and our vendors loved using the kitchen. Woodcraft is such a special place and we had the most amazing wedding weekend there. Thank you Christina and Doug for opening up your beautiful home to us.

Adirondack Woodcraft Camps was the most dreamy place I could have ever picked for our wedding day. The weather was perfect which enhanced the already magical Adirondack scenery that this beautiful place has to offer. I grew up in the woods always camping with family so finding this place was a dream come true. We were able to not only have the wedding of our dreams but we also had all of our family and friends with us the entire weekend. From Friday till Monday we were able to spend some much needed time with our loved ones. Our rehearsal dinner and big day went off without a hitch and the next two days we were able to spend time swimming and kayaking on the most beautiful little lake. This was the perfect place for us and I absolutely recommend Adirondack Woodcraft Camps for the best wedding weekend experience ever!
