Amazing camp on the banks of Lake Guntersville and exceptional staff that cares about providing a welcoming experience for you.
We have craft retreats here every year. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room to craft with a huge window wall to see the river. Great place!
Camp Maranatha is awesome! We took a group of 50 young professionals (age 25-40) out to Camp for breakfast, service projects, and to experience the ropes course & water activities. The staff and facilitators were incredible and we already booked again for next year. I can't say enough great things about this place and the people who run it. Wonderful experience. Treasure of North AL. Also Camp Counselor Chase is the VERY BEST. Our whole crew loved Chase and we couldn't have made this happen without him.
This is a great place to take a group of any age! Their prices are very good for what you get to experience. The lake is gorgeous and they have canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards for you to rent. They also have a high ropes course, zipline, rock wall, and giant swing. They have 2 outdoor worship areas and a fire pit as well as archery. Overall a pretty great stay!
