Camps Leelanau (boys) and Kohahna (girls) are single-gender overnight camps sharing a 220-acre property on the Lake Michigan shoreline inside Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Campers sail, kayak, canoe, ride horses, swim, climb a ropes course and zip line, and work in woodworking, ceramics, art and nature programs. The camps are run by Christian Scientists and their overnight programming serves children who attend Christian Science Sunday School. The same site hosts the Leelanau Outdoor Center's school programs during the year.

Went for 4 days with my son for 6th grade Camp. Was an absolutely incredible experience for him and I was so thankful to share so many special experiences with him. Very proud Momma for some of the things he did outside of his comfort zone. Highly recommend it. All of the staff were such a great group of amazing people, kind, compassionate and extremely eager to be helpful and inviting.

I went here 15 years ago on my 6th grade Laker schools field trip. I have many great memories of Lake Michigan, the dunes and the forest. Great camp!

I loved camp. It was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The food is delicious, the activities where amazing (except for skiing, you should know me from Lakers, I had the broken arm from that.) I loved everything you put together. 5 stars and a lot of memories. Thank you all. -Luke (from lakers in January)

Great place for a sports camp. Especially for running! It's located near a lot of great running trails/parks. There are many fun activities such as a ropes course human foozbal and so much more. Only downside is the food. It isn't great but it's pretty good for Camp food.
