Camp Galilee is a Christian outdoor-ministry camp of the West Marva District Church of the Brethren, set in the mountains near Terra Alta. It offers a variety of overnight summer camps for children in grades K through 12, along with camps for young adults, women, seniors and families. Outside of camp weeks the facility is rented to groups.

One other thing we did was to go snipe hunting, we never found any, but there was always someone who would get left there holding the snipe bag.. One of the leaders would always stay near, so he did not get lost.
