Unfortunately, the review left below by Jamie Morton is 100% true as my child attended the same week and experienced the same trauma. The camp did answer the phone when I called and had nothing to say or offer to me as compensation except to say that yes, it all happened, the counselors involved were fired and that they were sorry. My child still recalls it as the scariest night of their life and now they knows what it feels like when you feel like you might die.

My child was left traumatized by this camp after they made the children believe WW3 was starting and the camp was under siege, waking campers at 10pm from their bunks to bullet and bomb sounds , making them duck and cover in complete darkness. They called in a social worker yet never notified parents. My child can’t sleep at night and has anxiety attacks as soon as night comes months later and is seeking mental help yet this camp refused to respond to multiple parents inquiries. This camp has severely impacted our day to day lives negatively and has no concern for children. My child’s letters home telling me about it somehow didn’t arrive until weeks after he got home. This place was a detrimental mistake on my child’s, and other children’s well being. If they won’t tell you your child has been severely affected by an event to the point they are visibly uncontrollably shaking for hours and unable to sleep the remainder of the camp, other children go home mid camp due to severe panic attacks, what else won’t they inform you about?

I don't know what happens there, but its been trans-formative for both my kids (b/g, 12/10). The facilities are nice, good selection of activities and the staff is top-notch. They listen, and are genuinely concerned that each camper has the best experience possible.

Great cute little place, the new camp director has made some really great changes. it's really beutaful place, the kids are all really nice. I would definitely recommend this if your looking for a summer camp (or if your trying to get rid of your kids for a week😂😂😂).
