★★★★★Millie WCamp Blackhawk was great for my girls - now young women - and is great for Women's Week in August! They have family camp, My Guy and I, and Me and My Gal, as well as many different themed camps in a more traditional Girl Scout Camp setting. Good place, beautiful land (two clean lakes, a bog, and many other hiking trails), and some of the kindest women as counselors that anyone can experience. UPDATE: This place is too beloved, and not profitable enough, I guess. They're clearly trying to close it down. Not open to camps this summer (troops can reserve it, but no platform tents or open kitchen, no counselors to do 3/4 of the activities). Future is not looking bright for Blackhawk. Seriously bad decision driven only by money. Very disappointed in the Badgerland Council. It's supposed to be non-profit, people: as in, not be all about the money, damn the experiences.
