Multi-year youth leadership and college-access program for high-potential teens from under-resourced communities, part of the national Association of C5 Youth Programs founded in 1999. The Southern California affiliate enrolls about 72 middle school 'Leaders' a year into a five-year sequence that begins with a residential summer camp (Year 1 Camp: Flint/Lantern) and continues through Bridges, Road To College, ACT Now and a College Bootcamp. The program is free to participating families and is organized around college preparation rather than general recreation.
