We absolutely love Lealman Exchange Preschool and feel so grateful to have found it for our daughter. She has been attending since she was just five months old, and the experience has been wonderful for our entire family. The facility is always incredibly clean, organized, and secure, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents. The staff is truly lovely. Every teacher we have interacted with has been caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. It is clear how much they love what they do. One of the things we appreciate most is the educational aspect of the program. Our daughter is not even two yet and she is already excelling in so many of her milestones. The structure, learning activities, and daily routines have helped her grow so much socially and developmentally. Daycare has also helped transition her through each phase so seamlessly, which has been amazing to watch. We also love that the class sizes are small. It allows the children to get more individualized attention, and we have gotten to know all of the classmates and their parents, which makes it feel like a real community. The Spanish speaking teachers are another wonderful part of the program and we love that our daughter is exposed to another language at such a young age. The hours, facilities, playground, and outdoor grounds are excellent. Our daughter is constantly engaged and happy there, and it’s also worth mentioning that she rarely gets sick, which says a lot about the cleanliness and care at the school. If I had one small critique, it would be that the 9:00 AM cutoff for drop off and the 8:30 AM breakfast cutoff can feel a bit strict at times for busy families. But aside from that, we truly feel this is the best place we could have chosen for our daughter. We are so thankful for the teachers and staff and for the role they have played in helping our daughter thrive. It has truly been the best decision for our family.

My two-year-old daughter has been at Lealman for the past year, and we have absolutely loved our experience. Her teachers are so warm, loving, and deeply invested in each child’s growth. From the breadth of her vocabulary and complex sentence structure to her understanding of numbers, counting, and early math skills, her development has been remarkable. Special kudos to the administrative team as well, who are incredibly organized, well-coordinated, and make everything run seamlessly. The early opening, late closing, and provided meals make full-time daycare so much easier. Highly recommend.

All of the teachers are incredibly kind and truly look out for every child, whether they’re in their class or not. Miss Lyann is especially gentle and caring with Emery and her classmates, and it really shows. Emery looks forward to walking to class every day and seeing her little friends. We’re so thankful for the positive, supportive environment they’ve created. The admin team is also wonderful. Mr. Butler, Ms. Bree, and Mrs. Mercedes are always kind and do a great job communicating through email about upcoming events. It really makes everything run smoothly. I’m very pleased with how many events the preschool holds throughout the school year. I always look forward to attending them and seeing the hard work the admin team puts into each event. The turnout is always great and it truly shows how much they care.

Our daughter has been going to Lealman YMCA Preschool for a little over a year and we couldn’t be happier. The school is always clean. We have had nothing but great interactions with the staff (teachers, admin and ancillary staff). Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided which is a huge bonus in my book. They do a great job with the day to day teaching and we always have a new art project to bring home! The staff does a great job with the special occasions sand holidays and really try to engage the parents/families. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lealman YMCA Pre-school Academy :)

Our family is truly blessed to have found Lealman YMCA Preschool. Our daughter absolutely loves coming to school every day. We began her journey in the infant program and were beyond pleased with the care she received. Ms. Jai'Aysia, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Bianca were attentive, nurturing, and always mindful of both our needs and Emery’s. Now in the toddler program, Emery is thriving and continues to amaze us with how much she has learned since transitioning. We are so grateful for Ms. Lyann and the exceptional care and dedication she shows to Emery and her classmates. Every teacher is welcoming, loving, and genuinely invested in the children. We couldn’t ask for a better preschool experience.
