I have been trying to get a response for the past two weeks in order to rent the gym and run futsal training sessions, but I have not received any effective communication. On multiple occasions, I have been told that I would receive an email, however, to this day, I have not received anything. Honestly, I don’t understand how you expect to do business if you are unable to follow up or respond to your clients. The lack of attention and communication reflects very poor and unprofessional customer service. I would appreciate a prompt response and a clear solution to this situation.

Hello I’m very thankful for this place! It’s designed for hard working people! After long hrs of work, you can get here and wash your clothes, save your money and time, and that’s great! First get in sauna, pre soak your clothes, than enjoy your jacuzzi for main wash. And for final touch jump in swimming pool, That’s working great! Many people already doing this. Just make sure you say that your religion is allowing this, and you got go.

I have been coming to the YMCA in Burnsville for the last 2 years. I come specifically to use their pool 2-3 times a week. I love their pool. I also have a membership here because the YMCA is all about community. It is something I feel is extremely important. The staff here is fabulous and friendly. The women's locker room is clean and well-maintained. I often find myself shutting off showers that have been left on, picking up items left on the floor because I love this place. Sometimes as members we have to lead by example. The YMCA is a complete stress reducer in my life! Thank you for being simply outstanding!
