The service of this place has gone way down as of late. I have had several negative experiences here which has me seriously considering dropping both of my kids. My child was denied access to a changing room b/c the room was "locked" yet when another parent asked to do the same thing a few minutes later, they were allowed to use the room. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is a literal joke. I just called this office, heard someone pick up the phone, then get hung up on. I will be taking my kids somewhere else. Don't waste your time and money and stay away from this place.

We really like it here. I have had two girls in recreational classes for the past 2 years. They started at parent/tot and my oldest is now in beginner gymnastics. I do have to say that not all coaches are equally great, but isn’t that the case everywhere? We tend to just observe and listen to our kids and when they like someone, we try to find a class with that coach. My girls have tried a variety of activities and this is the only thing they are never willing to trade for another hobby. I can’t judge how the team / competitive levels are, but the recreational classes are so fun and we loved the summer camp. A few coaches we like are coach Ashlyn, Delaney and Lisa. One thing that’s difficult but not worth subtracting a star is switching classes or asking for any kind of flexibility. For example, even though there was a waiting list with several kids in line for a preschool class, we weren’t allowed to add our daughter to the waiting list even a couple of weeks before she turned old enough for the class. That makes it tough to plan ahead. There are plenty of class options though, so we always found one that worked in the end

Awful communication and so called employees not communicating the same information to clients. Being told “no, you are wrong” multiple times bc they do not want to admit or acknowledge they do in fact run a business with teen/young adults who are not properly trained to communicate any kind of information. The business uses a portal to communicate through email and send payments but fails to tell you that they also use their regular info@brag email for EVERYTHING ….therefore causing such great confusing when trying communicate with anyone and rarely ever anyone on the phone……..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY…..highway robbery at best and don’t let them fool you.

Poor communication. I enrolled my kid over a year ago. When I first called I explained that ADHD and autism ran in our family and we were confident she fit that mold even though we hadn't officially tested her yet. They assured me that they had tons of experience in that department. Also I have a younger kid and I asked if I could bring her to wait with me, they said no. My kid's first teacher was a teen who had no idea she had ADHD and there were tons of babies/toddlers in the waiting area with their parents. I asked about this, they said they had no idea who told me I couldn't bring her. Her next coach was Helen who actually really tried and talked to me about my kid. Unfortunately my daughter didn't like her saying she was too mean. To clarify I don't think Helen is mean, just strict, and to a 3yr old that can be the same thing. So we went to a third teacher. She kicked my kid out every time she wasn't listening. So every time. She never made the time to talk with me. She didn't try to work with us. Because my kid was struggling to follow directions I had filled out a drop form just in case...when I asked about a 4th teacher they politely asked me to keep the drop and maybe try again when she was older. For 2 months my 3yr old reinacted getting kicked out of class. She would tell her younger sister she was bad and couldn't stay in her class. It broke my heart. Several months after that she told me she wanted to go back to gymnastics so she could learn how to do cartwheels. So I emailed them, they never responded. My daughter has now done ballet and acro with GDC and it's just really obvious that they actually have experience with ADHD kids (she has her official diagnosis now). BRAG is a beautiful facility and if your kid isn't neurospicy they will probably thrive there. But all of my "mom feels" aside on this, the communication was bad. Also, I would suggest education on the differences between a high energy kid and an ADHD one.

There is no family bathroom. If you're a dad taking your little daughter to gymnastics, you have no choice but to take your daughter to the men's bathroom. And bathrooms are shared by kids and adults. It creates an uncomfortable situation for parents and little kids. I'm amazed that a business that predominantly caters to children hasn't thought this thru.
