★★★Guneet KaurI registered in ~March 2025 for summer camp here and submitted a cancellation request on June 20, 2025 for (2/3) sessions scheduled for the week of July 14 & July 28, 2025. The cancellation was made more than three weeks in advance and on medical grounds; however, no refund was issued. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone over several months, no credit has been formally applied to the account. I was instead informed verbally that we could attend any week during the 2026 summer camp season, without any defined location or written confirmation of terms. I have had to follow up extensively to seek clarity. The absence of a clear and timely resolution has raised concerns regarding the consistency and reliability of the process going forward. I am sharing this for the awareness of other parents as the summer camps are approaching.

The party hosts were very engaged and kept the event running like clock work. Very clean premises and the promised activities were accurate.
