★Carla GuidoI called to get information about a flyer that I received from my daughters school. The women on the phone was very rude, did not even let me explain and just kept yelling in the phone “who are you trying to reach” before I could even finish saying anything she cuts me off and says “you have the wrong number!” I don’t think she even knows if I had the right number or not because she didn’t even let me talk. Very rude customer service. I keep calling the number on the flyer and have left a voice mail but got no answer. The woman who I did get a hold of was no help at all. Not very professional, really disappointed because I was looking forward to having my child participate in the after school programs.
