Ashland Aerial Arts offers summer circus-arts day camps where kids try aerial silks, trapeze, bungee, tightrope, hula hoop, and juggling. Morning camps serve ages 6–12, while the Gig Lab program is for experienced performers ages 12–18. Camps run June through late July with optional aftercare, early-bird pricing, and scholarships.

The Ashland Aerial Arts studio party attended by my daughter and her friends was very well received. The instructor, Maia, was more than just skilled in the techniques, she was patient and thorough in her explanations and demonstrations. She was even able to communicate with our Japanese Rotary inbound exchange student so well that he was able to ascertain how to perform the basic skills presented as well as put together some basic sequences by the end of the hour. Beginning and ending with light stretching including detailed explanation of correct body position to safely stretch will stay with these kids for a lifetime. It was crazy how elegant the kids performed to music by the end of the hour. What a fun and beautiful way to exercise. I highly recommend trying a few sessions with this studio.- you will be hooked.
