I hadn’t painted in decades and was a bit nervous to use that muscle again, but the class is structured in such a way that it starts with the basics and accelerates at a steady pace. I learned new techniques and Maria gently pushed us to do our best work in each class. By the end of the session I had completed 4 paintings, one of which is hanging on my wall at home - something I never thought would happen. As a mom of 2 I cherished the time to lose myself in painting once a week and appreciated the daytime hours so I could attend while my kids were in school. I’ll definitely be signing up for another class soon!
