Art 4 Fun Studio
Private
Art 4 Fun Studio is a small art studio in the Clearview area of Snohomish County offering kids' summer camps alongside after-school and homeschool art enrichment, private classes and birthday parties for up to twelve children. The studio's approach balances process and finished product so each child leaves with a completed piece. It has been teaching art in Snohomish County since 2010 and operates by appointment.

Fantastic experience! We actually drove all the way from Burien to get to the Saturday morning class and it was very worth it! The teacher was super kind and patient and encouraging of creativity. The whole experience was better than expected- I can't wait to make the trek out there again!
Recently attended the process art with parent class. My daughter really enjoyed it. Awesome class, very well done. Michelle was very inviting and a great instructor. Would highly recommend, I plan on attending more.
*A local treasure* My five-year-old daughter and I have been taking classes together at Michelle’s studio on a weekly basis for several months now. We absolutely adore everything about our experience at the studio. A fun fact: art classes aren’t funded by the Snohomish School District. For artistically inclined children like mine, that’s a less-than-ideal situation. My daughter thrives on art, and watching her grow in confidence and flourish under Michelle’s instruction has been incredibly gratifying and exciting. As a plus, I’ve been able to make art alongside my daughter, which gives us a valuable bonding experience and some art therapy at the same time. Michelle runs the studio out of the back of her property, in a charming ADU filled with light and artwork and surrounded by fruit trees, a playhouse, and a garden (all of which she invites us to explore after class). We feel welcomed there as friends. The environment is warm and safe and relaxing, and we look forward to every single class. Michelle even shares the produce from her garden with us. It feels magical to my daughter, and it feels equally so to me. The projects each week are carefully selected and curated, and my daughter and I have enjoyed every single one. Last week we made sun prints (cyanotypes) and paintings made with mixed media from Michelle’s own garden (flowers and ferns and such). My daughter learned about early photographic processes and mixed media… all at the age of five. Incredible. The school district might not place value on formally instructing children in those areas, but as a parent, I certainly do. I feel very lucky to have discovered Art 4 Fun for my daughter. I’d recommend this studio to anyone (and have recommended it to all my friends). It’s a local treasure.
One of the best kept secrets in Snohomish County - this magical workshop surrounded by beautiful gardens, greenspace, and a playhouse is a treat for kids and parents alike. My daughter attended Michelle's art classes from the time she was 5 through age 13 (celebrated her 13th birthday with a wonderful art party as well). She has many beautiful paintings, holiday ornaments and a mixed media piece that we love to display on a seasonal basis. Michelle has created a cozy, perfect space where kids can sit together and design their art and build lifelong art appreciation skills. The designs are always super cute and Michelle is a fun and nurturing instructor. We love Art4Fun!!
