Powered by GoogleI have been bringing my daughter to Arena Sports Redmond for three years and always had a positive experience until this incident. On October 14th, 2025, I was suddenly told by a staff member that I was not allowed to be on the Free Field, even though parents had always been allowed there in the past. There was no prior notice, no signage, and no clear communication of any policy change. Because of this, I missed filming my daughter’s first four goals. As you know these moments I can never get back. What made this experience worse was the inconsistency in how the situation was handled. I saw other parents in similar situations, yet I was the one being stopped. This made me feel singled out and treated differently, which was very upsetting and raised serious concerns about fairness. When I asked for clarification, one staff member was rude, and the manager claimed there was a written policy but could not provide it. I was promised an email that never came. The General Manager’s response was minimal, lacked empathy, and communication throughout the process was difficult. What could have been a small issue became a much larger problem due to poor communication, inconsistent enforcement, and a lack of professionalism. As a loyal customer, I had previously recommended this place to many families. However, I did not feel respected by the staff and management during this experience. My daughter has since moved to another soccer school, where the coaches are more professional and the overall experience has been much better. I hope Arena Sports improves how policies are communicated and ensures that all families are treated fairly and with respect.
100% host your next birthday party here. Had the pleasure of working with Carson, who was communicative, forthcoming and organized. Carson singlehandedly made the process easy. I had the Sounders package and love it - it's different, energetic and fun. The team went above and beyond to make sure the kids were engaged, having fun and staying safe.
I wanted to share a bit of my experience with Arena Sports’ so-called “women’s league.” While it’s been showed as an all-women’s league on their website, I was surprised to find male coaches involved. As adults just looking to have fun and enjoy the game, it does feel a bit misleading and awkward. I believe in transparency and inclusivity, and I hope that Arena Sports will consider making things clearer for future participants. It’s all about fostering a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.
It’s been a great season here at Arena Sports! Both my kids and I played this season, and we had a really good experience overall. The staff are really friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a positive experience. Special shoutout to two referees, Karim and Graham. I have had them as refs for my games, and also my kids’ games. They both do a great job with communicating and making fair calls, and they also keep their games running smoothly and under control. I would definitely recommend playing here.
We have been going to Arena sports now for 6+ years for our two boys. Started with little kickers, we t on to 4v4, and we are now on our second year of 7v7. Their programs have been super beneficial for our boys, and they make everything so easy. There is really something for everyone. If you're looking for a very accessible way to introduce your kids to soccer, or an awesome way to keep your player engaged in the off-season, check out Arena sports.
