They have kept half of the money that was paid in full and shown zero empathy or customer service. A terrible experience for our family.”
"DO NOT BOOK"! If anyone is considering renting this place for a party, you may want to reconsider. A friend of mine rented this place for his 10-year-old son’s birthday party for two hours on January 24, 2026, and paid $354.00. Late Friday (the 23rd), Amplify Sports contacted him. They canceled the reservation, stating that they would be closed due to a weather forecast that predicted bad weather, which didn't start until later that evening, hours after the party would have ended. His son was very upset. However, during that day, a live video appeared showing Amplify Sports holding a workout session. When he questioned them, they stated that it was not at the time the party was supposed to have taken place. However, they had forgotten that they had told him they were going to be closed! When they canceled his son's birthday party, they never offered him a refund but did offer to reschedule at a much later date. Who wants to freeze a cake and pizza for a month or so later? When he then asked for a refund, he was told they needed to discuss it with the owner. After texting them, they said they would only refund half of what he paid. They owe him the full amount—the party was canceled by them, not by him. Coach Marie and Quaz are the best! My son's confidence has soared in the last 3 months of doing strength and agility training with Quaz I recommend 100%
Amplify Sports, is a one stop shop. The first thing I notice when I walked in the building were all the pictures of kids on the wall. It’s a great touch and it made me feel welcomed and made me feel like they were a family . I attend the adult bootcamp classes during the week. The energy levels are always high, the coaches are great and alway motivate you. They also make sure understand each exercise and if it’s something you can’t do They will find a modification. Fun place to be great staff
