They encouraged them to keep on going even when they were tired because the views were just “super pretty” as my nephew describes it. This is the first camp that he has not had any anxiety at all! The counselors are upbeat and positive. They communicate with pictures throughout the day, and i get to see a slice of happiness my son experiences while I am at work. The check in and check out is organized and secure. The activities allowed for enough choice that both kids found their happy place (one loved the hiking and the other the art). The location is beautiful and the fact that we didn’t have to worry about packing lunch or snacks made our lives so much easier. I highly, highly recommend this camp! It’s probably the best summer camp experience our family had ever had and it’s so clear how much love and attention the staff put into making the experience wonderful for the kids. I only wish we lived in the area and could keep sending the kids back.

Our son has been so lucky to be up at Alta the past 2 summers learning Mnt ecology, the trails, the geology of the Wasatch and making mud balls!
