Powered by GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. The older ladies at the front desk are quite possibly the nastiest, rudest people I have ever encountered. Especially considering they are in customer service and represent the community. They have an issue with KIDS being in the basketball gym during open gym time with the gym being empty. Elementary, middle school, and high school girls that just want to go get some shots up in the gym after school and these ladies have created a terrible situation for them, making them leave, being rude, being rude to their parents. It’s absolutely absurd.
This place has been awesome for basketball, gymnastics, and more! Great place for kids! Also, the best coffee you will ever have and it’s run by a special needs staff! When you are tired and have to take your kids to a practice, you can also pickup a cup of fantastic coffee!
I vivsted for a birthday party for a 7 year old. There were about 20 little kids playing flag football in one of the gyms. They two young men who facilitated the game were amazing! They did extremely well working with and playing with the kids. I didn't get their names, but they were just seniors at Alpharetta High School. Kudos to them for such a great display of patience and kindness!!
Great facility, helpful staff. The problem is there is no way to determine if the gym is open or is reserved for a specific party online. Typically we find out only when we arrive at the gym. The phone recording for gym availability was recorded in Jan 2014.
Played basketball here for the first time (in a men's league). Facilities are really nice. The court is great but it does feel a little hot (even though it was late and outside temperature was around 45).
