Powered by GoogleOur child has been attending Allegro Music Academy for the past 2 years. Ms. Margaret is an exceptionally educated music professor with a unique style for teaching. We have appreciated her dedication, passion and commitment with our child but also observed the same devotion for other students. Anyone wanting to explore their music talents further, Allegro Music Academy is a wonderful first choice.
We highly recommend Allegro Music Academy for those in search of musical excellence for your children. Our daughter has excelled with her violin training under Ms. Margaret’s impressive tutelage and mastery of music and composition. Thank you Allegro Music Academy!
The worst place my daughter and I have ever been!!!! The pianist came without preparing at all for a session. We all knew about this session a week ago. Because of the pianist, we could not carry the rehearsal. Then the owner blamed my 12-year-old daughter straight to her face, who prepared very well. "She missed rhythm, that's why the pianist could not do well". What type of teacher blames a kid when the fault is professional's. Extremely wrong and discouraging way to teach a kid(s). They were making excuses entire time saying that the pianist was doing the sight reading...... if she can do good by sight reading, it's totally fine. But she cannot, she should be prepared the piece better before the rehearsal since they are getting paid$$ Extremely unprofessional and the piano wasn’t tuned!! Giving them one star is too generous.
My son and daughter has been coming to Allegro since They were 8 and 4. They started out with the summer into to music program and then decided on violin and guitar. My son takes guitar lessons with Josh who is an amazing teacher and shares his love of guitar with his students. My daughter takes violin lessons with the director, Margaret Goreshnik who has Turned her into a violinist! Margaret is exacting with her students and parents, but she loves each one her students and cultivates a passion for excellence. We have been a part of the Allegro community for 4 years and have seen the fruition of hard work at the various recitals performed each year.
My 3 children ages 8 and twins age 6 have been attending The Allegro Music Academy in Sarasota for the past 2 years taking violin and piano lessons from school director Dr. Margaret Goreshnik. She is a highly qualified teacher, with only the best of intentions for her students. We drive 50 minutes each way from North Port twice a week to attend lessons with Ms. Margaret and the results we see in our children's progress are amazing. As parents, we are honored to have our children trained with someone teaching from the rich Russian traditional school craft, that has produced highly professional violinists around the world and playing in many symphony orchestra's here and abroad. As we are at the school twice a week, I have the opportunity to see many of the other students learning music on various instruments from the staff of professional teachers. We have also attended the recitals held twice per year at the Academy and are always captivated by the performances.
