My experience with Acrosport was frustrating and left me dissatisfied with both the customer service and billing process. After submitting a withdrawal request, I was still charged for enrollment several weeks later. I contacted the business multiple times by phone, email, and in person seeking clarification, confirmation that the withdrawal had been processed, and information about preventing future charges. I did not feel that my concerns were resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. During one in-person discussion with a manager about the billing issue, another customer in the waiting area became involved in the conversation. The customer approached me, made critical comments toward me, and initiated physical contact by placing a hand on me. I was uncomfortable with the interaction and was disappointed that staff did not intervene to de-escalate the situation or separate the parties involved. I was also dissatisfied with the explanations provided regarding the continued charge and the status of my withdrawal request. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I did not receive the outcome I was seeking. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective customers to carefully document any enrollment changes or withdrawal requests and confirm that those requests have been processed.

I was being billed each month for 9 months after my daughter quit going here. I have emailed and called and still have not been reimbursed yet! 85 bucks a month for 9 months now. I finally talked to Daniel. She stated that she wished I checked my account sooner…. Ummmm i emailed the withdrawal form along with the doctors notes explaining why we had to stop attending 9 months ago…..the next time I was billed I called and emailed several times. I guess I should have just driven there to do it in person, just like I had to do 2 weeks ago for anyone to even know what was going on bc apparently they don’t check their emails either . I was told I have to wait for their accountant to reimburse me. It’s been 2 weeks and still waiting.

I was involved with gymnastics, competing amd coaching, for 22 years. When my daughters were old enough to start, I wanted their experience to be a fun one, as well as one where they were challenged to do their best. This place is exactly what I was looking for. The facility is clean, it is family run, classes are challenging, and my girls leave with smiles every day. One of my daughters needed help refining her motor skills and the other was ahead, but both have visibly improved because coaches worked each girl to their ability, differentiating within the same class. I am so happy to have found this gym!

We love Acrosport. It's been great for my preschooler and my elementary aged kid. They are so excited to go there each week! They've learned new skills and perfected others. Ms Connie and Ms Nancy are wonderful with the kids, always encouraging them to work hard and do their best. They are also flexible with make-up/missed classes, etc.
