Hi there, Here are the pros of coach Robert R. Perez. and the defects of other instructors. Pros: 1) Precise instructions (As Seen On TV). 2) Instructions are simple to do and injury-free. 3) Invites parents to be in their child's lessons to know what to do between lessons. 4) Every lesson is videotaped for your playback learning convenience and nostalgia. 5) On-site lessons slow-motion video analysis. 6) Uses a radar gun to see if the student's strokes are advancing and improving in speed. 7) Easy multiple-choice questionnaires for those who want to learn the rules and regulations of the game of tennis. 8) Reward system in place for youngsters and older. 9) Compassionate about your improvement. He will see you through it as long as you stay with him. 10) Most importantly teaches a mental strength game. Which is greatly needed if you want to improve. Defects of other instructors: 1) No precise instructions, one instructor told me to hit the ball any which way as long your having fun! 2) Very exaggerated instructions, another instructor said to use extreme wrist action which gave me tennis elbow. 3) No invitation of hitting partners like parents for free. One instructor told me he would have to charge me double the price. 4) Lessens videos are prohibited. The instructors I've been with are totally against this. 5) Watching slow-motion videos of yourself to analyze during the lesson is also prohibited. Most instructors don't believe this is necessary. 6) Radar guns are also not necessary for most instructors. 7) No instructor that I've been with teaches the rules and regulations of the game of tennis with easy multiple-choice questions. 8) No reward system in place that I've seen and I've been all over the world taking tennis lessons. 9) For other instruction instructors there's no compassion. It's just another job to do and charges outrageous prices. 10) Absolutely no mental strength teaching of the game of tennis. There's no doubt about it, the game of tennis is a hard one to learn. The instructors I've been with, and I've been all over the world give you the illusion that the game is easy to learn, the illusion it's a bunch of tips, it's not, and it's all about having fun, and a good likelihood, you're not going to be a pro. I'm very fortunate to have the job that I have. I travel all over the world to get my job done and have a lot of free time to take a tennis lesson or two. There's only a 95% chance of running into a great instructor like coach Robert R. Perez. I highly recommend him for any age group or level, from beginner to advanced players.
