★Sue Rahmati (Q)My daughter went to this camp. The first year she lived it the second year I signed her up for two weeks... I received a letter from her in the mail begging me to come get her. She didn’t feel safe, when upset counselors laughed in her face, the camp was short on food on many meals. As soon as I received the letter I went to the camp to get her, no one was at the camp so i went in her cabin to get her stuff. I had to push hard to open the door... they stuffed two cots in the cabin as they were short staffed. If there was an emergency children would not be able to get out safely. My daughter had a cabin mate who stated she wanted to take her own life... my daughter reported it and the staff laughed in her face and told her to stop being so dramatic. Never would I send my daughter back to this camp. She was refused a phone call home when she repeatedly told the staff that she didn’t feel safe. Horrible!
