The Vermont Baseball School is a week-long baseball day camp in Shelburne that has run for 50 years, teaching hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, catching, base running and game strategy. The daily schedule runs 9:00am to 12:00pm (a half-day) with stretching, throwing drills, skill stations grouped by age and ability, and coach-pitched games, ending with a Friday contest day. Instruction is hands-on with experienced local coaches and all equipment except shoes and gloves is provided.
