I barely write a review unless I must. This studio doesn't deserve one star! If you want dramas and do not care about being unrespected, this is the right studio for you. The management is completely unfair, unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I've been in this studio for many years to be a regular customer. After the new owner took over the place three years ago, there were lots of changes in unprofessional and unfair ways. First, the management, Chase, is regularly rude and can walk out when you are talking to him. It happened to me from time to time. Moreover, he treats customers unequally. He changed the policy that all the customers must pay the member fee on the website plus tax with no exception, but I saw he accepted cash from one customer with no tax included. I asked if I could do that, first, he responded 'no' but later said, 'Yes, but I must pay him more'. This is unfair to run a business like that. I decided to go to another studio instead and switched my plan from unlimited to four sessions a month because I wanted to go to Sunday for Manny's class only. I started to sign up online to track my sessions. Last Sunday, as we were entering the studio, Chase announced 'Everybody needs to sign on the sheet', which I understand because that will prevent people from sneaking into the studio without signing up online. As many people were waiting to sign at the entrance, I walked into the studio because I wanted to set it up first and then come out to sign again since I already booked it online. Chase came to the door and screamed 'xxx is not allowed in the studio if she doesn't sign'! I walked out without setting up my mat to sign it and then went into the restroom, but I heard Chase talk loudly to the instructor, 'xxx tried to sneak in'! This is insulting and made up something to ruin my reputation. I asked him but he rudely said, 'Some people sneak in'. If people want to sneak in, they wouldn't sign up online. I wished he would apologize for what he said but he didn't. His behavior is not acceptable. Since the class was about to start, I walked into the room, however, his attitude affected my yoga practice during the whole session. Late afternoon and the next day, I texted Chase two times for the refund but no response. I messaged and emailed the studio, but no response. This studio does not care about how customers think and respond. I paid extra money for Sunday's class but what I got was the headache, stress, and drama. For all the behaviors Chase treated customers are truly supporting he is unfair, unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. All I can figure out is they don't need business. There is a regular customer who always comes earlier and sits outside the studio picking on people as her entertainment and completely crosses the line and steps into other people's business. She is very aggressive and gets angry easily. She said at one time 'I don't have to work like everyone else does.' All I can say is this is the 'DRAMA PALACE'! Stay away from it.

Amazing staff that are super helpful with me getting registered into the classes. I'm excited to have found a perfect spot to practice yoga again. After meeting with the instructors prior to my first class, I feel even more relaxed knowing I can get back on track with so many classes to choose from. They have a variety of classes for anyone un any level of practice.

The studio is amazing and the owner/teacher provides bikram yoga that is authentic and for experienced students. It was exactly what I needed for a brief family visit. It’s tucked away on the 2nd floor of the Koko Marina shopping center. A must studio if your looking for bikram yoga!! 🤙🏼

I have been coming to this yoga studio for close to 10 years. I love its consistency, its cleanliness, its beauty and especially Manny. Bikram Yoga HK is the most consistent routine I have in my life. Even when I take time off when I come back the practice is strong and steady. In my world of constant change, fast paced agendas and the world coming at me 99 miles an hour. I am blessed to have this studio in my neighborhood. It’s always the best thing I do for myself when I attend a class.
