The Society for Kona's Education & Art (SKEA) is a nonprofit arts and education organization in Captain Cook/Honaunau (established 1981) that has run a summer art camp for keiki ages 6-11, with local artists leading clay, painting, drawing, dance, drama, and mixed-media projects plus outdoor games and performance. As of recently, SKEA has paused its programming, including youth camps, while it works on restoring its historic facility.
