My daughter made it a week before there was a head lice issue. I would not have even been notified that my child was exposed to lice if I didn’t know another child’s parent who told me. I called to get information and was provided with their processes and felt it was sufficient. The next day at drop off, I could tell the blankets and pillows were not cleaned and the teachers had no idea about what I was talking about. Everyone I talked to had a different idea of what (if anything) was being done and almost all of their ideas didn’t even kill lice (such as Lysol and tea tree oil). I sent an email to follow up about it and never received a response. The other parent I knew also sent an email and didn’t receive a response. When attempting to get signed up, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone and when I did, it was difficult to get the email or phone call back that I was told would happen. I was told a teacher would reach out before my daughter started and that never happened. There was twice I would have liked to speak to someone at the front desk and no one is ever there in the mornings. There was several days in the 80s and apparently that’s too hot to go outside. The purple room teachers are nice and seem to care but overall I do not recommend. The location isn’t great. But the playground is cute. The preschoolers go swimming once a week which my daughter thought was so cool. There is a gym and lots of space inside. I’ve heard terrible things in the past but heard it was under new leadership. The way they handled the head lice was a huge turn off and felt like they were unresponsive. After 10 days, I took my daughter out.

I have a son in preschool there and it's been a good experience for him. Now that he's the year before kindergarten they even get to go play in the ymca pool once a week. He has several friends there and they have a lot of fun activities that he likes to share with us when he gets home. It's also a great place to send older kids when school is out for day camp. They are usually open when schools are closed for admin days or breaks. The staff is always responsive to concerns and are caring to the children. The building is secure with all doors locked and a main door you need to get buzzed into. I always thought it was neat it's in an old Elementary school because it has a gym they can play in and a library etc. They're festive during different holidays and decorate or have fun activities for the kids. We've had our kids in all kinds of daycare types but this is the best!

This is a horrible place to take your child. I think they changed their name, and probably because of all the bad google reviews. Losing kids, feeding them food their allergic too, teachers posting inappropriate and mean stuff about the kids on social media. My boys started strangling each other after going here. Hands around the throat and everything. They started acting out and screaming a lot. I will always regret and feel terrible about sending my children here. After 3 months I switched daycares.
