★★★Karen GarterEverything about this location is great except the women’s locker room going to the pool. The black foam flooring around the benches is disgusting. It need to be replaced. Dirt that cannot be removed, covered with salt from the winter months. I have to bring and extra towel to stand on. They allow members to walk on the deck with street shoes so there is frequently dirt from shoes that turns into mud. The stalls in the showers could use a scrub down once a week, I bring my own Lysol and spray the floor. Needless to say I paid for the first month and cancelled my membership.

We've had a teacher here and there that do well, but most of the time they either didn't seem like they were very interested in being there, or talked to the other lifeguards most of the class. But it was our only local option so we continued to come figuring it was better than nothing. This past session my children were sick one week so obviously instead of bringing them to class, I sent a message seeing what my options were. I assumed that this wasn't an issue considering I had paid $150 for a month for my three kids and also have had to reschedule classes in the past because they closed the pool for maintenance. I was told that that week they only had classes Wednesday because of Thanksgiving which led me to believe if Wednesday didn't work (which it didn't, they were still contagious) that we would work something else out. Apparently it's their "policy" which I couldn't seem to find anywhere, I'm still awaiting an email for them to show me where this policy is stated) that they don't do make up classes for illnesses. I cannot understand whatsoever why it was such an inconvenience to schedule a make up class considering the same week was Thanksgiving and Thursday class kids had to schedule a make up also. Paying $150 for three classes is absolutely outrageous, so instead of getting a membership and continuing lessons which we had intended to do, we won't be returning. It's wild to me that they chose that battle over our business when they literally could have stuck my kids in one 30 minute class that was happening regardless and called it a day.

The only negative thing that comes to mind is the limited attachments for the gym area, and how jump ropes and such are tucked away.
