Krystal (massage therapist) is wonderful! Perfect combination of relaxing and productive with helping tension and sore muscles. Cannot recommend her enough!

Pretty much I really like the Y. The employees are very nice. I do water exercise in the warm pool. I like the life guards. The only problem is the kids. Not the little ones, they're fine. The preteens and teens can be problematic. They're lax with the kids.

Love the fact that there is a cool pool warm pool and a hot tub here! The deepest part of the cool pool was around 9 feet and it had a slide! The deepest part of the warm pool was like 4 feet 9 inches I think and in the shallow end was a mushroom water fountain for kids to play in. They even had workout float while you walked the pool for exercise! The hot tub tho man did it make my back feel like a million dollars! Will be going back again and probably bringing friends!

Chess club at YMCA is open for all ages. The meeting occurs every Saturday afternoon. It is very welcoming and friendly environment.

The staff and what they are doing (providing great environment for fitness for people of all backgrounds, including handicap/disabilities) is great. The staff and students etc on staff are great, equipment is great. Hours could be better. But I did have one issue, I attempted to change my auto withdraw to new bank account and they failed to make the changeover and I got charged a late fee when the withdraw hit a different account. The young person on staff was having issues at the time entering the checking account into the system and asked the manager for assistance. The manager on staff at the didn't provide assistance to him. She said "You better get this right or he will get charged a late fee and will not be happy" So she knew things were not being done right but didn't do anything to correct matters. I believe this is not good management/leadership and good customer service. She was also disrespectful to me, didn't make eye contact, and was basically judging me because I didn't have a debit card on me yet for my new checking account and provided a blank check to setup auto withdraws to my new account. This rating is in regards to that one manager and not the gym in general which would get a 4 plus. Also their wifi is poorly secured, I would not use it or let your teenagers use it due to hacking risk. Posted after couple months reflection. So the real so the real issue with the previous review was not the people it was the issues with implementing new technology. And I've been going there continuing since the previous review. Based on that experience it's been very happy and it's a great place to work out and they really do a lot of good work. The people at the desk or always friendly they offer a lot of free classes, personal training, and not once has anyone stolen anything from my locker, even though I forget to bring my lock alot of times.
