★ReginaWhy does the gym open at 1pm on Sunday and 8am on Saturday but so early during the week. So if I choose to workout early on the weekend I am restricted but I pay a premium price. 1pm is always so late in the day.

★SkyliaVERY poor child care staff manners. My child was scared and she was yelling at him as we walked in the room to pick up both of our young children. First time going and we already canceled our membership. I emailed the child care director already. A child care center should not feel evil and unwelcoming for a place with small children.

Smells like mold and doesn't steam. The sauna stinks and hasn't been cleaned in months. Watched a lady write wash me on the window over a month ago and it's still there. Unisex changing rooms are typically pretty clean other than the giant puddles in the bathrooms. Gym equipment is clean. Some staff members are great others are just rude. I'm on the border, not sure if I should continue going here or save my money and find somewhere else. Price is steep too considering all the above stated.
