★Katrina CrosbyMy granddaughter who is disabled and three years old non verbal child. She was coming to stay with me for 3 weeks. I went to The Oakwood y to sign her up for private swimming lessons. On the contract it says that you may have to wait 3 months so I was about to leave and the young lady at the desk assured me that they had many instructors and they would give her six lessons. When she arrived a month later I called The y to find out when she would start and got the run around the first week Iwent to The y week two and spoke to the Aquatics Director and she said that they are 3 months out in lessons. I requested a refund. She agreed. It ihas been 3 weeks and I have not received the refund yet. This place is not very professional. Organizational skills are not good
