We love Xtreme! The coaches here are amazing. I've seen so much improvement in her skills here. I do wish they would swap out coaches every month for the clinics so we could get something different but overall it's great!

Our daughter enjoys the coaching staff and fellow teammates. Left 1 star off due to the way the monthly sign up works. I don't know the solution to the way it's done, but it's first come, first serve the morning of the 1st of each month. Our daughter has moved up teams and is missing an entire month because we couldn't stop work and jump online to sign her up before spots were taken. It's hard to commit to a "club" when you can't even be assured you have a spot in the program.

Please take responsibility of your coaches instead of blaming the customer who is paying for services that are not being rendered. You are not acknowledging the fact that before a no call no show my daughters lessons were rescheduled multiple times last minute with no rescheduled date, and no response from the coach. The lack of professionalism and communication is very sad considering the amount of money I have paid to this organization. I will make sure word of mouth spreads fast, that your company is unorganized and no customer service friendly. I will take my money and business elsewhere to another company who understands what running a professional business is like. Again, stay far away from this organization everyone!

Stay far away from this place!!!! They are crooks! No one communicated effectively with you and they are so rude as well. Paid for private lessons and they cancelled multiple times with no explanation, the gym was never available for private lessons, and communication was non existent! Look somewhere else for volleyball for your child, they just want money and do not care about the customer at all!!!!

As a result of the volleyball season being canceled due to the pandemic virus, Xtreme Athletics has opted to credit 15% ($238) out of the cost of the 12's program ($1,580). This is not even a refund, it's a credit to be used on limited services. I emailed Janie (Director), Rick (her son), and Elora (daughter) on June 1st requesting an explanation for this low credit, but have not received a response to date. Other clubs like Impact and SA Force have provided actual refunds with product incentives in an effort to maintain membership. In addition, many coaches at Xtreme have left since many of them have not been paid for their services.
