World Upside Down
Private
World Upside Down is a Greenville nonprofit arts studio whose summer camps run week by week through music, dance, theater and visual arts for K-12 students. Campers learn a theme-based song and dance, make art projects, stage stories, and finish the week with a showcase for family and friends; daily trips to nearby Pine Forest Park add outdoor games and free play. The organization is a 501(c)(3) with an explicitly Christian mission and also runs after-school arts classes, a theater program, and ABA therapy services for students with autism.

Powered by GoogleThe summer camp was amazing and my kids both had the time of their lives. They put on the show, Nemo, amd it was so well done. Everyone there is so nice and just great with the kids. Definitely recommend.
World Upside Down has given my daughter the opportunity to explore her creativity in so many ways! The theater program is a great place for kids to make new friends and build their singing and acting skills. The summer camps are super fun, and the staff puts so much heart into making every week special and memorable. My daughter begs to go back every summer!
Our little guy had the best time at the Coco themed camp this summer! Literally the time of his life:) We still hear about the wonderful ladies that work there, and he has asked almost daily if he can go to another week of camp! Our only regret is not signing up for more than one week. We are counting down the days until next year! Highly recommend World Upside Down to families with young, creative kiddos like mine:)
One of the things that truly sets this camp apart is the strong sense of community and belonging. Rather than focusing on competition, the environment encourages kids to celebrate each other's gifts, talents, and progress. The teachers and coaches are talented, energetic, and often former or current members of the program. They set high expectations and consistently support students in meeting them. My kids came home each day exhausted—but happy and proud of something they accomplished. The Friday showcases are always a highlight. They give families a glimpse into the week and never fail to start our weekend on a high note.
I wish I wasn’t limited to just five stars for World Upside Down Arts Studio. They deserve 10 ⭐️ stars!!! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing organization. My 6 year old son participated in their summer core program and their hip hop dance specialty classes. He absolutely loved it and was so sad when he couldn’t go back every day for all the fun. He learned so much. Not only do they have the best teachers and excellent resources to teach with, they excel in loving children and teaching them to truly love the arts. They are kind, caring, energetic, knowledgeable, and delight in bringing out the very best in ALL of their students, young and old. Every child is considered a unique individual with their own unique gifts, talents, and abilities, and not just a number in a group. You can absolutely trust your child to be at World Upside Down Arts Studio. They definitely have a heart to teach the arts in a fun and practical way and change the world upside down. 🌎🙌
