Powered by GoogleWe reached out for lessons and rates. They replied with fees and availability. They said you must prepay. They didn’t gather any information about the student or expectations just prepay! We agreed and the date we’re available and they never responded. This was over a month ago. They’re unprofessional and don’t care about service or instruction, just securing a payment. Judging from other reviews they’re so money hungry they’ve lost sight that this is a service-based business. We dodged a bullet. Well now you know. And the complaint isn’t about email it’s about NEVER responding to lesson request. Great you filtered bot request AND your customer. Quit arguing with people who can pay your rent, eat some humble pie and fix your business.
Our son has been taking piano lessons in Wisely since last year. We are happy that our son Advaith is progressing well. Thanks to Mr.Efren. He is a great instructor.
I had an incredibly disturbing experience with Wisely. My son took the cello lessons during the summer and plans to continue next school year. However, they contacted me about I disputed the payment, last digits were not even match my card. I informed them it's not me, and I asked them to simply deny the dispute and check with the bank to find the actual account holder. So they don’t have to refund the money to the account holder(Not me).🤦🏻♀️ They accused me of being the only person who could make payments in my son's account. I explained that they might have sent the invoice to the wrong person, leading to the confusion.(payment link). Instead of acknowledging my effort to help resolve the issue, they informed me they would remove my son’s next lesson until they sorted it out. This kind of business mind is unacceptable, especially toward a client who's just 9 years old. Mistakes happen; as a small business owner, I understand that. However, there’s no need to treat a client this way when I was only trying to help identify the source of the dispute. I’m done with this place and can’t trust them with my child. - Responses to Wisely’s response. I did not verbally attack your staff; I mentioned that their manner was disgusting and it is unacceptable. I don't care about your claims that I am the only one who can manually input the numbers. (The link could be sent the wrong person, that caredit card is NOT mine), you can find out the card holder easily without accusing me in the beginning. The real issues are: 1. Accusing your client immediately without verifying the facts. 2. Threatening to remove my son’s scheduled lessons without any confirmation. 3. I even suggested denying the dispute so you wouldn’t need to refund the actual account holder (who is NOT me). 4. Disrespectful behavior throughout the entire process. Have a nice life.

I can't say enough great things about Ray as a guitar teacher. My son has been taking electric guitar lessons with him for a while now, and the progress he's made is nothing short of remarkable. Ray's passion for music and teaching is palpable in every session. He has an incredible ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons, making it a breeze for even a beginner like my son. His teaching style is not only informative but also incredibly engaging, ensuring that every lesson is enjoyable and productive. What truly sets Ray apart is his patience and dedication. He tailors his lessons to suit individual goals and skill levels, always making you feel comfortable and confident in your progress. He even allows a parent to sit in during class, which is very generous. Whether you're looking to master the basics or tackle advanced techniques, Ray has the knowledge and experience to guide you every step of the way. Moreover, his commitment to fostering a love for music is evident in the diverse range of songs and styles he introduces during lessons. If you're considering electric guitar lessons, I highly recommend Ray. He's a teacher who genuinely cares about his students' growth and musical journey.
