As a Christmas gift to my own home, I purchased "Jewel of Flowers." This painting feels intimate and expressive, more about emotion than botanical accuracy. Rather than presenting flowers as precious objects, this piece feels like a moment—a summer bouquet on a table, painted quickly before the light changes. ★★★★★Emily JHI love Wingspan Studio! The Creative Director, Maggie Standley, is one of the most amazing teachers I've ever had. Both the French and Art classes were superb and fascinating. As an educator to children and adults, Maggie is fantastic to work with and learn from. She is incredibly professional, experienced, and intelligent. The studio space on Howard St. is so lovely and inspiring! Also, Maggie is an incredible artist. Both her abstract and more representational work is a beautiful asset to any space. Likewise, I have seen Maggie's mural work and faux finishing work, which has transformed buildings and homes into works of art. Highly recommend!
