Windridge Tennis & Sports Camps is a coed overnight camp for ages 7-16 in Roxbury, Vermont, combining specialized instruction in tennis, soccer, golf, and horseback riding with a traditional New England camp program. It was his first sleep away camp experience ever and 1,500 miles away from home, but Windridge has been one of the best things ever to happen to him. Not only does he love the camp (about to attend his 4th summer, this year as a counsellor in training), but he's made friends from all around the world and improved his tennis game and love of the outdoors. Also, in this age of everything electronic, even he appreciates the 3 weeks of being completely unplugged. I can't recommend this camp more highly. The people are incredibly friendly and nice, they care about the kids, they teach the kids so many things, and it's a great healthy environment with lots of exercise, fun and friendships. The BEST CAMP EVER!
