Wilderwood Camps runs weekly themed day camps at 4750 Swinyar Dr in Collegedale, outside Chattanooga, with past weeks covering Lego building, robotics, animals, wilderness skills, space and escape rooms. Camp runs Monday-Friday from 7am to 6pm, covering a full workday, in four age groups: ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and 13-15. Weeks are sold individually (recently about $375 per week, or a $75 day rate) or through an all-summer pass, and the operator also lists summer daycare and overnight camps running late May through late August. It is part of Edgeway Events.

I was nervous at first, since she is so young, but she reported back to me that everyone was “so sweet” and helped her when she needed it.
