The rosters had to be re done by the coaches a week before the season began because Denzel, the guy in charge had them so screwed up, from coaches not having thier own kids on thier teams to 7 year olds on rosters with 12 year olds and vice versa. The kids had to do thier first "week" (because the coaches had to fix the rosters leaving less than a week to notify parents) of practice on overgrown and unlined fields. We showed up to the first games without nets and with the lines poorly drawn on the fields so insanely off-center and uneven the kids were making comments about how they could see it. The equipment that the club provided was so awful some coaches bought thier own gear. The nets that were eventually brought over to the fields BY THE PARENTS had holes in the sides so big the refs couldnt tell if the ball went in the correct side of the goals. The game balls were changing in size every week. All while this was going on Denzel was ignoring the coaches complaints and attempts to help. The concession stand didn't serve hot food (meaning hotdogs/hamburgers) for at least 3 weeks (which doesn't sound like that big of a deal but with 2 kids playing at different times we were there for 3+ hours most weekends and weren't able to get our kids a hot dog while the other one was playing) we were told it was because they didn't have propane. Whoever runs this page just put up thier super positive response to the season have been deleting all comments of people from multiple teams complaining about how it was run. My kids have been apart of this organization for years and this season was beyond pitiful. Most coaches I've heard from aren't coming back. Find another place to have your kids play soccer. Somewhere where management actually cares and isn't just there for a paycheck.
