Devon has done ISR with multiples of our children and she does such a great job! She is thoughtful and compassionate even when the children are showing how they are frightened and gets them to a point where they are confident in their own abilities. I highly recommend ISR and Devon in particular! Our children are great swimmers as a result of her awesome training.

Ms. Judy is an exceptional instructor. We enrolled our 2.5- and 4-year-old sons in her ISR program, and they have both thrived under her guidance. She thoughtfully tailors each lesson to meet the individual needs of every child, creating a supportive and highly effective learning environment. We are incredibly grateful that our boys have gained these essential, lifesaving skills through her instruction.

I can't recommend ISR and Ms. Devon enough! My daughter began the program when she was 10 months old and by the end of 6 weeks, she could float by herself! It was amazing to see her progress and know that she could save herself in water if needed, even as a baby. We've continued with refresher and weekly lessons as she's gotten older, and my daughter is now a confident and eager swimmer. I'm so proud of her and so glad we went through the ISR program!

Started all three of my kids with ISR at the HAC at 9 months because a coworker’s child drowned (they were able to bring him back!). All of my kids can float and swim by 2 years old. People stop us all of the time to ask “how?” “ISR! Best investment for my kids!” Yes: it’s a commitment for the first 5 weeks but worth it! 10 minute consistent swim lessons pound in the lessons into their little brains. I also seen YMCA infant swim lesson outcome and they don’t know how to float. Surfer friends can’t even believe that. How do you save yourself? You float! Also: they DO NOT just throw your kid in. That’s a lie. They do work up to simulation of falling in.

My youngest started ISR around 15 months old and is now 4.5 years old and still goes to Ms. Devon for lessons. We have kept up with ISR maintenance lessons and it has been the best. My daughter has never had to wear swimmies/puddle jumpers. She is confident in the water and absolutely loves to swim. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that if she were to fall in, she knows how to bring herself to safety. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to do ISR with Ms. Devon.
