West Madison Little League is a chartered Little League baseball and softball program for Madison-area youth ages 7–16, not a summer camp. It runs a spring/summer season of one to two games a week from late April through July, with a no-cuts policy that places every eligible player on an age-based team. Scholarships are available for families eligible for free or reduced lunch, and multi-child discounts are offered.

They'll call the cops on you if you're there and a game isn't going on. Even if all you're doing is sitting at a park bench enjoying lunch. At least the cops were very respectful. And to think I spent at LEAST a hundred dollars at the concession stand this season.. They do good by the kids I guess, but screw this place with a rusty screw for not even letting me enjoy my lunch. As if I was doing something illegal or littering. I even clean up the park when I get there so they don't think it's me! Horrible people to have done that. We've interacted with one another in the past and they've never said anything about not wanting me there. Next time a simple warning would be nice.

Really enjoy this park! It's a great place to watch ball games. Love that there are mature trees and shade - which is a switch from many other parks. They have a great concession stand with lots of options, a picnic porch, and plenty of seating options if you don't bring your own chairs. The fields have been in great condition for play when we have been there, and the bathrooms in good condition.
