Loved swimming (not classes) I dared myself to swim down to 9 foot almost drowned but it’s ok

Nice staff. Needs better guidance

Signing up was easy. They seem to do what they can with what they have. I’ve been greeted every time. The janitor is great.

Absolutely do not recommend this place for swim classes. The instructors are young men who never introduce themselves or explain what they’re doing—they just begin handling the kids without any communication. At the end of class, they don’t inform parents when it’s over. They just walk away and leave the kids in the pool. During one class, my 3-year-old daughter was left unattended and nearly drowned. I had to jump in and pull her out by her leg. The male lifeguard on duty was on his phone and didn’t notice. What’s worse—neither the instructor nor the lifeguard asked if she was okay afterward. No apology. No concern. Nothing. When we came back for the next class, the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. My daughter is now terrified of the water, and I honestly felt like they didn’t care at all. I submitted an incident report and spoke with the director, but there was no follow-up or accountability. Also, the changing rooms are always dirty and soaking wet. My kids even thought the puddles were pee—disgusting. This place is not safe or sanitary. Please do not bring your children here.

Nice family place, good for kids and adults alike. It's nice to have a safe place where the kids can go to get exercise and be with other kids. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that music for dance classes is waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy too loud, you can hear it out to Moss Landing!
