Athletes stay dry in a large indoor space with some temperature control, which makes for a nice alternative to outdoor training on a cold, windy day. The training itself was very good. She regularly does private training where we live, and this trainer came highly recommended. It's obvious why! Patient and has a knack for identifying what to work on.
