Kathy was our main point of contact and she was wonderful to work with—responsive, attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely kind. Both she and Ron met with us several times throughout the planning process to walk the venue, talk through logistics, and show us updates as the field and signage changed. They also offered thoughtful suggestions around layout, timing, and food service that helped everything run smoothly. We had several food allergy considerations to navigate, and the team was great about working with us to choose options, plan portions, and organize everything in a way that felt clear and safe. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and the bar staff were fast, professional, and organized all night. What really stood out was their follow-through and extra effort. Every detail they promised was delivered, and they were flexible and helpful with things like bringing in decor, having umbrellas ready for a cold, rainy rehearsal, and coordinating post-wedding pickup for miscellaneous items. Both Kathy and Ron were pleasant and helpful in every interaction, and we’re so glad we chose this venue for our wedding.
