USA Youth Fitness Center is a gymnastics and tumbling gym in Queen Creek that runs full-day summer camps for kids ages 5 to 12. Campers rotate through gymnastics, trampoline and obstacle courses along with games, crafts, dance, themed dress-up days and in-house field trips, Monday through Friday across eight weeks. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available.

In May, I reached out to book a birthday party for early July and was told it was too early to reserve, but that my date appeared open and I should check back in June when the calendar opened. When I contacted them in June, I was suddenly told the date wasn’t available because of an annual event. If that event is scheduled every year, why wasn’t that communicated when I specifically asked about the date in May? I had already sent out invitations based on the information I was given. I was offered two alternative options, but that doesn’t fix the problem or excuse the poor communication. The issue isn’t finding another date, its being told a date was available when it apparently never was. This situation was completely avoidable and left me scrambling to change plans at the last minute.

They came out to help us load everything out of our car, set up the room, handed out food/drinks and helped us load leftovers back into our car. This made it so stress free!! Very easy! Also the playtime was absolutely great! All the kids loved it! Coaches were great with all the kids!

However when I questioned them regarding a situation that is not in the parent handbook or the program handbook that they offer. Instead of hearing me out and coming to a conclusion they decided to remove a 4-year-old from her class. Remind you again all I was seeking was information regarding a situation and that was not written clearly in their own policy in handbook. How is punishing a 4-year-old over a simple question the correct way to run a business. Unfortunately this is one of those situations where I may be going above even owner of the Gen. in hopes to get my daughter back enrolled in a program she loved
