My daughter has been a gymnast at US Gold for 14 years. She started in recreational classes and later tried out and made the competitive team. All of the coaches she has had over the years have been wonderful and highly skilled. The Christian foundation and active involvement from the owners on a daily basis has created a culture that has helped these girls grow into spectacular scholar athletes who encourage one another and give everything they have day in and day out. My daughter is graduating high school and is leaving the team but will remain at this gym as a part time coach. There are very few facilities and programs out there where your child leaves loving the sport and the staff more than the day she first started. We love this gym, the owners, and the staff with all our heart.

I was a competitive gymnast at U.S. Gold Gymnastics for 10 years, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable about the sport and genuinely care about helping each athlete grow and succeed—not only as gymnasts, but as people. What always stood out to me was how supportive they were of each individual athlete. They recognize that every gymnast is different and take the time to understand and encourage each individual in the way they need most. The coaches also truly care about their athletes’ lives outside of gymnastics and are always there to encourage and support them through all stages of life. When I was deciding on where to for college, I had extensive conversations with one of the head coaches about what schools to look into and different routs I could take to be a collegiate athlete. Throughout my years there, I learned so much more than skills and routines. The coaches taught valuable life lessons including discipline, perseverance, confidence, and hard work—lessons that I still carry with me today. They also genuinely take to heart building personal connections with each athlete, creating an environment that feels like family, and that is exactly what U.S. Gold was to me, a second family. U.S. Gold Gymnastics helped shape me into the person I am today, and I will always be grateful for the coaches and community there.
