She gets so excited every time class day comes around, which says a lot about how much she enjoys the experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. UMDGC is the best place to go for tumbling, parkour, gymnastics, and dance! The facility is clean, professionally equipped, cheerful, and inviting! The staff are absolutely amazing and have become like family to us :) They offer so much more than just classes, from open gym sessions, movie nights, parking lot festivals, and pop-up clinics to birthday parties and summer camps. UMDGC is the premiere location to go to for a family-friendly, elite experience in everything they offer! Excellent gym if interested in taking adult gymnastics or tumbling classes. I have been attending for over 7 months. All the instructors are really focused on helping you learn new skills and get back old ones. There is plenty of space and the different class times to pick from when signing up. They also offer lots of deals and incentives for registering for classes. I'm so happy I found this place!

UMDGC has been a great place for my girls to learn gymnastics. The ease of registration and communication is top notch, so as a parent it has been most helpful for our busy lives to know what to expect. I also love that if they have a conflict, UMDGC will give a credit for that missed class if you tell them in advance of an absence. My girls have learned so much and are continuing to enhance their skills. Coaches are also wonderful!!

Upper Merion Gymnastics and Dance in King of Prussia is an awesome place if you’re looking for a fun, positive, and well-run program for kids. From the first time we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They’re super friendly, patient, and really know how to connect with kids of all ages. The coaches are encouraging without being pushy, and you can tell they truly care about helping each child improve at their own pace. The gymnastics side is fantastic, with lots of equipment that’s safe, clean, and well-maintained. The space is bright and energetic, and the classes are structured enough to learn skills while still keeping things fun. My child has learned so much more than just cartwheels and balance beam skills—confidence, discipline, and teamwork have really come through from being here. The dance program is equally impressive. The teachers balance technique with creativity, giving kids a great blend of structure and fun self-expression. The styles they offer cover a wide range, so there’s something for everyone. Recitals and showcases are always organized beautifully and are such a proud moment for both kids and parents. Overall, Upper Merion Gymnastics and Dance is a gem in King of Prussia. If you’re a parent looking for a place where your child can grow, learn, and shine in a positive atmosphere, this is 100%.
