My husband and I had changes in our schedule and were unable to keep our daughter in the current daycare center due to their hours. We viewed a few different places before finding Kindercare upon meeting with the Director, Kashmir and Assistant Director Lilly and viewing the facility. From talking to Kashmir and Lilly they were able to provide all information regarding the curriculum, expectations from the parents, they assist with potty training if needed and gave in depth information for holiday request and hours. Our daughter was very excited to meet them and within the first 15 minutes, felt like she was at home. It was in our daughter‘s best interest to start at this childcare center. The facility is very clean and orderly, and the staff is amazing. There is a wonderful worker named Stephanie who ensures that the place is always in tiptop shape as well making the conscious decision by exposing our children to great healthy options when it comes to their food. When paying for daycare at this location, it comes with their meals and snacks. My daughter’s teachers over the years, started with Celeste who has been such a great influence on my daughter and ensures to make sure that she is taken care of from all her basic needs and beyond. There is Sophia, who is our current main teacher who she has a very close relationship with and insists to help her process her emotions. There is Latoya who makes sure that when my daughter or any child is upset gets time to create space and then voice their feelings and validate their concerns. Aaliyah helps with the curriculum and ensure the children are working on their sight words, colors, numbers shapes, volumes of objects, as well as the fun projects that they work on for the holidays in class. My’Unique works on pronunciation and phonics for them as well as gardening classes and culinary beginnings. Carmen is another teacher who may not have her directly in her class, but make sure to assist in any issues that occur with the students and jumps in to help out the other teachers as needed. Altogether the staff really works hard to ensure your children are taken care of on a multitude of levels and I highly recommend any parent to check out this facility as they really do accommodate the parents needs the best that they can and are always throwing several different events for the parents to be involved with our children. This has definitely been my favorite daycare and my daughter will continue to be remaining here even through her first year of school for all those holidays that they are off, including summer. Thank you all for what you do you guys are amazing and shaping the personalities of these children.

I can’t say enough good things about Kindercare Union Village! The staff are so kind, patient, and loving — you can really tell they care deeply for each child. Every time I dropped my son off, I felt at ease knowing he was in such good hands. They create such a warm and welcoming environment, and my little one was always greeted with smiles and gentleness. It’s so comforting to find a place that truly feels like an extension of home. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family and so excited for my son to continue growing there as he gets older.

I loveeee this daycare and my 2 kids love it here too! My baby at infacts gets changed, fed and has a lot of activities. The teachers in both classes are very friendly, have daily report and keep on schedule. I appreciate Ms Stephanie, Ms Maritez, Ms Taylor, Ms Celeste, Ms Kashmir and the rest of the staff that make my babies days wonderful and special!

My son has been to three daycares in the valley and I just came here to say he has become a new kid since being at Kindercare. His speech has improved IMMENSELY both because of Kindercare themselves, but also because they assist me with getting him transported to a CCSD school to work on his IEP. Which hasn’t been easy! My son is “a lot,” and was regularly sent home from his previous daycare for acting like a 3 year old. Kindercare recognizes that boys don’t want to sit still and will find something that stimulates them! I love that whenever I walk into the class, each kid is doing something, and not running circles around the teacher. Not only has Kindercare helped my son, but as a single mom & only child, they help me learn about children (and might child) as well. I regularly call them my coparents. Miss Jaleesa has worked miracles with him as far as both reigning in and keeping what I call, his “muchness.” Kashmir runs an amazing operation and it is very evident through how much her staff respects her. Not to mention, the daycare is almost always immaculate. I’m so glad we switched! UPDATE 8/11/25 aka first day of kindergarten- Jon graduated KinderCare & boy was he so proud because of what a big deal this school made it! He was nervous today, but he had an amazing first day and I owe that to Jon, me & my wonderful coparents. Thank you to the amazing staff, especially Kashmir, Stephanie & Celeste 🩷

Avoid this location. My child lasted less than two weeks here. The teacher openly admitted to me that she was overwhelmed and left my child alone in a corner, hyperventilating. Both my husband and my mother had concerns from the beginning about the atmosphere, and sadly, I saw it firsthand. One disturbing incident involved the teacher yanking another toddler’s arm, leaving the child in tears. she tried to justify her behavior by saying the child was trying to leave the classroom. This was in the 18-month-old class — completely unacceptable behavior for any age group, let alone such young children. On a positive note, I highly recommend Best KinderCare on Pebble. The staff there is outstanding, attentive, and professional — a night and day difference from our experience here
